My fellow classmates – 80s vs. 90s

Surrounding myself with much younger than me folks in their early to mid 20s.  I'm excited what I can learn from them and get to know the style they work in.  

My generation born in the 80s struggled working with young folks coming into the workforce born after 90s.  We stereotyped that their communication style is very introvert (why would you We Chat or What's App someone instead of walking over to talk to them?), and behaviour irresponsibly (we would never have dreamt of not telling our supervisor if we were sick or need a day off).  

I am excited to get and be in their world.
